• At Curry, the student-athlete is top priority, making sure that we are taking care of them on the field and off the field. We want everyone to graduate and be successful in their career after they graduate.

  • One of the best parts of being an AD is seeing the student-athlete's growth. For example, having a freshman who gets in trouble when they first get here, and them seeing them mature by their senior year.

• We aim to teach life lessons through sports while stressing that there is life after sports.

• As a department, we need to be organized and able to communicate - while having a game plan. This is what makes athletic departments successful.
