Mike graduated from the Naval Academy in 1998.

He served as a member of a SEAL team unit until 2018. Mike commanded a variety of different special operation units in and out of combat while serving as a Navy SEAL.

Upon retiring from the Navy, Mike accepted a six month fellowship at Colby College in leadership.

 

After this fellowship concluded, Mike was asked to move into the role of AD. Mike assumed this role in November of 2019.
