As I conducted interviews, I was curious to find out what individual AD's leadership principles or philosophies were. This question taught me invaluable insight into the role of leadership within collegiate athletics.

 

Authors I had never heard of and leadership tactics unbeknownst to me were among the most interesting findings. I included a couple of intriguing interviews to provide some food for thought.
