Heather graduated from Plymouth State, before going to grad school at UNC Chapel Hill.

She began her coaching career in Virginia and Pennsylvania for 8 years - at Washington & Lee as an assistant, then as a head coach at Carnegie Mellon and Lockhaven before moving on to UNE.

As a DII/DIII coach, most positions come with a secondary duty. Naturally, Heather gravitated towards administrative roles with her secondary duties.

A few years ago, she moved into an Associate AD role before being promoted as AD in June of 2019. This was an internal promotion, as she came to UNE to be their women’s soccer coach in 2010, before making three jumps to AD.
