Brad Duckworth's Philosophy

Leadership is something "we’re constantly developing" as Brad put it. He tries to empower the people around him to feel as though they can make the best decisions possible while having the support to do so.

“You know you’ve done a good job when you’re the least important person in the room. When your staff feels empowered to make decisions and they do not feel the need to come to you with every single question or problem that arises."

Brad believes that there is not one way to lead that is better than another. The most important aspect is to be authentic, to be genuine to who you are.
"People see through it if you’re acting. Do it the way you’re comfortable with, but empower and pick up the people around you. Be willing to wash the windows with everybody."
