  3. Be fun with games and enjoy it. If we’re not enjoying it we may not be in the right business

Athletics is about the people and the process. If we’re doing the process right and we’re supporting our people, we’re committing to everything we stand for.

• "In the process, we’ll chalk up plenty of wins. We have to follow that process in order to win though."

Teaching life lessons through sport is very important as well. As we saw this past year, we can’t control any NCAA or COVID rules, but we can control our process. This is true in real life outside of athletics as well. We can only focus on our own process and what we have power over.
