Mike Lynch's Priorities

Culture of the program: trying to get the best out of everybody involved. We can achieve this by taking input from everyone equally. Whether it is our administrative assistant or a deputy AD, good ideas come from anyone and everyone. Having everyone engaged in the process helps on a daily basis with the student-athletes at our school.

This engagement creates a sense of support, and creates a buy-in to an overall school or department philosophy.

We can help others by examining a successful program and use their techniques to help those that aren’t as successful. Using ideas and philosophies from the successful program and implementing them on other teams.
